Contract Description:
The scope of this release is as follows:

The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Construction office (PNCO) will provide technical submittals and cursory review of Contractor informational submittals.  Technical submittals will be reviewed for compliance with specification requirements, permit requirements with federal, state, and local government requirements.  PNCO will provide a construction inspector to oversee the work performed by the Chewuch Basin Council's contractor to assure that the work being completed with BPA funding is done in accordance with the plans and specifications.  The time on-site is assumed to be 8-hours per day.  PNCO will track costs and advise BPA when 80% of cost has been incurred.

Project Description:  Phase 1
Phase 1 of Fulton Diversion Dam repair and fish passage renovation project will include:
Clearing and grubbing of a maximum of 1,100 feet of existing canal alignment.
Site grading, excavation, backfilling, and construction embankments.
Furnishing and installing an 800-foot length of 42-inch-diameter high-density polyethylene
(HDPE) pipe in Fulton Ditch, including earthwork and placing of a maximum of 2,000 cubic
yards of backfill along the canal alignment.
Eliminating the existing upper ditch wasteway.
Furnishing and installing riprap and bedding at
both ends of the pipe and Hauling and stockpiling rock.
